This blend of yogurt, fruit and vegetable juice is an excellent source of calcium, potassium and essential vitamins. A perfect snack on a busy day, make enough for two and take a break with your toddler.
½ banana (sliced)
½ cup carrot juice
½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup applesauce
Blend all ingredients with Blender until smooth
