Makes 4 lollies
Provided protein, beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium, fibre
1/2 small ripe banana
125g (4 1/2 oz) tub creammy vanilla full-fat yogurt
100ml (3 1/2 fl oz) tropical fruit juice or orange juice
1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup or (honey if baby is 2 yrs and up) - OPTIONAL
Blend the banana and yogurt until smooth in a food processor or place in a bowl and use a hand-blender. Add the fruit juice and syrup, if using, and blend until combined.
Pour into the lolly molds and freeze for several hour or overnight.
